This large 71" x 31" red light therapy mat features 1,280 red LED beads; the 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light penetrate deep into tissues to help alleviate inflammation and promote natural cellular repair, accelerating recovery from skin damage.

This LED light therapy blanket offers full-body coverage with five brightness levels and three relaxation modes, as well as a 10–90 minute timer with an auto-shutoff function. We generally recommend choosing from the continuous light mode, 30-minute timer mode, or "P3" mode based on your personal sensitivity to the light. You can freely adjust the brightness intensity from low to high according to your preference and comfort.

The full-body red light blanket features continuous light, 10Hz pulse, and 40Hz pulse modes. Continuous light mode helps promote blood circulation and maximizes the relaxing effects of red and near-infrared light. Pulse modes are designed for those sensitive to heat; in these modes, the 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light flash 10 times (10Hz) or 40 times (40Hz) per second. Switching to pulse mode is gentler on sensitive skin.
